Accutherm Refrigeration is a technology-driven commercial refrigeration company focused on the unique industry of Supermarket/Grocery Refrigeration. Approximately 90% of our employees are in the field working at customer sites as part of our Service or Construction departments. The remainder of our employees make up our in-house administrative team, which complements our field employees through support services and management. Accutherm is currently seeking individuals to grow our Phoenix Service & Maintenance department. Our Phoenix, AZ office services our customers in Maricopa County.
Requirements:
- Must have a 2-year college/trade school certification or near completion.
- Proficient with electrical/electronic controls
- Ability to work flexible hours & willing to be on-call
- Mechanical aptitude & problem-solving skills
- Motivated, reliable self-starter with ability to work independently or on a team
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Clean driving record
Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot commercial refrigeration equipment
- On-call shifts include after hours, weekends and holidays
- Dispatched from home in a company vehicle directly to the customer site

Experience:
Refrigeration and/or HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- HVAC/R certificate from trade school or community college (Required)
- Universal EPA (Required)
- Arizona Driver’s License and clean driving record (Required)
